In the framework of the Project supported by WADA, for the Development of Anti-Doping Programs, in compliance to WADA Code 2021, a Training Seminar was held on December 7, 2023, in Tirana, led by the Director of the Polish Anti-Doping Agency Mr. Michal Rynkowski, with the theme:
“Building the capacities of the Refereeing Body of the Sports Arbitration Council (CAS)”, at the Albanian National Olympic Committee, as the second instance for appealing the decisions of the ALB NADO Disciplinary Panel.
